My wife really likes these spin shoes. She almost bought Tiem shoes but decided on these and she is very happy! This is her review: They are comfy, really cute, cheaper than Tiem and came with clips already installed, plus extra laces and a wrench for tightening clips. I had tried Tiem shoes at our gym and thought they were good but after spinning for five years in stiff cycle shoes I could feel the pedal on every down stroke in the Tiem which I didn’t like. I don’t get that pedal feeling in these shoes. Also, in these shoes I was able to remove the insole and replace it with my own orthotic (maybe that’s why I couldn’t feel the peddle)? I also really like the laces cause I can tighten the shoe wherever I feel I need the support on my foot. I wore the shoes in a weight class in the gym right after spin and no slippage. They’ll be great for traveling cause I can spin plus walk! I wear an8 1/2 city shoe and a 9 running sneaker and thankfully I ordered the 9. Definitely order at least a half size up.
