It’s one of the chances you take when ordering online: not knowing what you’re getting firsthand.Overall about the shoe and brand, the shoes look great, fit as expected, true to size, comfortable. I’ve had a pair of these and love them. I do a lot of standing, walking on my feet for 10-16 hours a day and for exercise, a lot of running. These hold up and protect my joints, which usually ache after long days or workouts. I have no pain because of the absorption in the shoe.Now again, this was an online order that I took a chance on and it was damaged when received. The back of the shoe was sent to me deflated. Now I’ve had 3 pairs of these shoes and they hold tough so that the material doesn’t “pop.” So take it as you will that shoe might pop but I’m giving it a 4. Not happy about the damaged product sent to me but quality of shoe model and brand is good.
